Casting plant
Our aluminium pressure die-casting plant enables the further processing of rotor and stator laminations or stacks for encapsulated parts.
We have developed particular experience in casting rotors with shafts. The rotors are cast free of sprue, which reduces trimming to a minimum.
The pressure casting molds are manufactured in our own toolmaking shop, making flexible reaction to customer requirements possible.
With 4 aluminium pressure die-casting machines of 100, 200, 250 and 300 tons of press force, small and medium series can be manufactured economically.
In this case as well, rapid reaction to customer requirements is our strong suit.
