Injection die-cast toolmaking
At Bausch Kft injection die-cast tools and aluminium pressure die-cast tools up to a total weight of 7 tons are made for the most varied plastic mould parts and aluminium pressure die-cast parts.
The moulds are designed using Unigraphics 3-D CAD systems, and programs derived from this supply milling centres and cut the mould parts.
Thanks to the superior level of machine equipment, combined with an experienced permanent staff, high-quality injection die-cast tools can be achieved with attractive delivery times.
The tools can be signed off on site.
